Video: Anderson Silva Snaps Leg In Latest Fight

The time Anderson Silva has met his match, as he loses to UFC Champ Chris Weidman for the second straight time. Unfortunately it didn't go the distant because of one gruesome accident that occurred in the second round of the most anticipated UFC 168 bout. Silva wasn't able to continue as he snapped his left tibula and fibula bone forcing him to be eliminated immediately. Take a look below.

 

It's definitely not how anyone wanted the bout to end but oh my gosh, this will be a topic of discussion. Silva's injury rivals the Joe Theismann, who suffered a comminuted compound fracture of his leg while being sacked by New York Giants Lawrence Taylor on November 18, 1985 on Monday Night Football.
