Giants pitcher Tim Lincecum throws his second career no-hitter against the San Diego Padres Wednesday afternoon at AT&T Park in San Fransisco. Tim only threw 113 pitches striking out six and walking only one in a 4-0 Giants win. Lincecum recently threw his first no-hitter just last July against the same team in a 9-0 victory in San Francisco. The Giants have at least one no-hitter in three consecutive years now, two consecutive years by Lincecum and Matt Cain on June 13, 2012. The two-time Cy Young Award winner is in rare company joining four other active pitchers with multiple no-hitters, Homer Bailey (2), Mark Buerhle (2) and Justin Verlander. Only active pitcher who has 2 Cy Youngs, 2 World Series rings, 2 no hitters. Not impressed yet? Tim Lincecum is 5-11, 170 pounds. #SFGiants

Tim Lincecum is 1st pitcher in 104 years to throw 2 no-hitters vs same team. Hall of Famer Addie Joss did it vs White Sox in 1908 & 1910.

So the question is does the 30-year-old Lincecum have the resume that would place him in the Hall of Fame right now?Follow us on Twitter
