Three games in Three nights equals Three consecutive walk-off home runs

Three nights, three games, three consecutive walk off home runs for the Texas Rangers against Los Angeles Angels. According to Elias, the last team to win three consecutive games with game-ending homers was Detroit in June 2004. Message to the Angels relief pitcher. Stop giving up the LONG BALL! For the third straight night the Texas Rangers won the game in dramatic fashion. What started out as a unbelievable pitching duel between Jerome Williams and Martin Perez ended quickly in the ninth inning when Angels relief pitcher Michael Kohn gave up a fastball right down the middle to Rangers' slugger Adrian Beltre. This walk-off home run was the night before. The Rangers and Angels were in a seesaw battle scoring a total of 25. The Rangers went into extra innings tied at 11. With two men on, Leonys Martin took a 1-2 pitch and hit an opposite field home run. Take a look at this madness! courtesy of espn.com This is where it all strted, the first walk-off home run! The Rangers were struggling as of late with 26 consecutive innings without scoring. With the Rangers down a run in the ninth inning, they brought up both of their catchers to the plate and the magic begins. A.J. Pierzynski comes up first and takes Angels closer Ernesto Frieri deep in the ninth inning to tie things up at three. Then Geovany Soto, who is A.J.'s backup erased a once tie game with a BOOM! This may be the spark the Texas Rangers need as they trail first place Oakland A's by four games. Follow us on Twitter LeRoy McConnell III@kcmac38 Follow us on Twitter @rbts_baseball Part of the Sports Kings (@realsportskings) network
