Derek Jeter has sole possession of the sixth spot on the all-time hits list passing Honus Wagner Saturday afternoon at Yankee Stadium. Jeter's infield hit off Cleveland Indians ace, Corey Kluber, in the sixth inning was his 3,431 career hit. He hit a little dribbler between third and short. I would have to agree with that, what happen to the opposite field hit Derek? Jeter's last two hits to tie Wagner and pass him were both infield hits. A hit is a hit! Congratulations to The Captain!-LeRoy McConnell III
