Chris Andersen Suspended For Game 6

courtesy of dailyme.com

The NBA suspended Miami Heat center Chris Andersen for Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals for his altercation with Indiana Pacers forward Tyler Hansbrough in Game 5 this past Thursday. Still not understanding what Andersen was thinking when he attacked Hansbrough, who was knocked to the floor. After Tyler stood up, Chris got into his face again and pushed him. The confrontation gave both players an immediate technical foul. Though, I'm not sure why Hansbrough received one. The referees then gave Andersen a flagrant 1 and as of today the NBA Vice President, Stu Jackson handed down a flagrant 2 with a suspension. Take a look at the video from Game 5:
The Birdman's absence will be missed because he's the best post player that the Heat has. So far in the playoffs he is a perfect 15-15 from the field and averaging 7pts and 4rbs in the Eastern Conference Finals.
