With both the Giants and the Rockies just a half game out of first place in the NL West, every game is a must win early in the year. These two teams are so evenly match that today's game went into extra innings before Rockies' star,Troy Tulowitzki, tried to end things in the top of the 10th inning when he smacked a solo shot for his 10th home run of the season and a 5-4 lead. San Fran had an answer in the bottom half as Brandon Crawford lead things off with a walk. Angel Pagan came up to the plate with one out and two strikes on him before hit sent one deep off the right-field wall and watch the rest:

Pagan's inside-the-park home run was heroic and landed them a 6-5 Giants victory.
