I can't let good defense go unnoticed as Heyward, Young & Thomas made some tremendous catches on Monday night for their respective teams. None of them are part of a law firm nor in contentions of getting a Gold Glove this year but all three made another night of Major League Baseball worth watching. Here is Atlanta Braves outfielder Jason Heyward, who started off the night with a sensational catch robbing New York Mets Juan Lagares of a extra-base hit. Take a look:

Later in the same Mets/Braves game, Mets outfielder Eric Young Jr. made his own highlight by taking away a Brian McCann base hit. The amazing catch could have been disaster as that ball was headed toward the left field corner. The cool and calm Eric Jr. had no worries as he made that catch routine! Take a look:

The most important catch of the night belonged to Minnesota Twins outfielder Clete Thomas, who saved his team two runs in the bottom of the eighth inning as the Twins were leading the Detroit Tigers 6-3. Thomas made a diving shoe string catch, taking a base hit away from Andy Dirks. Take a look:

So, who do you think made the best catch of the night. Heyward, Young or Thomas. Let me know.
