Message to the American League. Matt Garza DOES NOT LIKE WHEN YOU BUNT ON HIM! Just ask Oakland A's shortstop Eric Sogard, who successfully sacrifice bunted in the first inning in the first inning that lead to an early run; but he taunted Garza again with an RBI bunt in the seventh inning of an 4-2 A's victory against the Texas Rangers. Though the tweets don't fit the crime, only Matt Garza can interpret his mini tantrum when attacking Sogard and his wife!
Sogard is a .273 hitter with two home runs. Garza better pray the next time these two meet, Sogard doesn't get a hit. He may want to take to twitter and tease Garza a little more. As for Garza, he later calmed down and offered an apology, sort of .
These two teams will continue to battle for the American League West for the remainder of the season, Oakland A's has a 3.5 game lead over the Texas Rangers. Matt may want to dial it down a little as he is near free agency.
