Going into the last regular season game of the year, Golden State Warrior's point guard, Stephen Curry, went on a shooting spree to surpass Ray Allen's single season 269 made 3-point shots. He finally obtained the record in the second quarter of the Golden State/Portland game by nailing his 270th 3-pointer of the year, setting a new NBA single season record. Though he didn't have his best shooting night, he finished the game 4-11 from behind the arc, giving him 15 points for the game and extending his new NBA record to 272 made 3-point shots in a single season. Curry's 272 makes came on just 600 attempts, good for 45.2 percent.
