Black Mamba scored his 31,420 point in typical fashion Saturday night in the second quarter against Sacramento Kings as he pulled up from the top of the key, hitting nothing but the bottom of the nets to secure the fourth spot on the all-time NBA scoring list passing the late Wilt Chamberlain. Kobe will pass MJ next year as he trails him by only 858 points.
NBA all-time scoring list:
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar 38,387
Karl Malone 36,928
Michael Jordan 32,292
Kobe Bryant 31,434
*Kobe Bryant is the only one on the top 4 list still active
